By purchasing or using Offload Wrangler ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Software is developed and sold by movid GmbH, Registered in Germany ("movid", "we", "us").
Upon purchase, movid grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Offload Wrangler on up to two (2) Mac computers that you own or control. This license is for your own use only — you may not sublicense, sell, rent, lend, or redistribute the Software.
The Software is licensed, not sold. movid GmbH retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including all copies and derivative works.
movid may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at its discretion. There is no guaranteed update schedule. Major new versions may require a separate purchase.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. movid does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You assume full responsibility for the selection of the Software to achieve your intended results.
Offload Wrangler is a professional tool designed to assist with data management. It is your responsibility to verify that your offload and backup workflows meet your production requirements. movid GmbH accepts no liability for data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, movid GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, even if movid has been advised of the possibility of such damages. movid's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

movid GmbH takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled. As a German company, we operate under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Offload Wrangler itself does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. The application runs entirely on your Mac and does not send any information to movid or any third party.

License key validation may involve a network request to verify your license. This request transmits only your license key and a device identifier — no personal information.

We want you to be satisfied with Offload Wrangler. Because the Software is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If Offload Wrangler does not work as described on your Mac within 30 days of purchase, contact us at hello@movid.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
We offer a full refund within 30 days if the software doesn't work as described. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and typically only issued for technical issues that cannot be resolved.
As required by EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days, unless the digital content has already been accessed or downloaded. By downloading and running Offload Wrangler, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content has begun and waive your statutory right of withdrawal. Notwithstanding this, we honour our 30-day satisfaction guarantee regardless.
